Elizabeth Angyal is a real estate development professional with more than 25 years of experience managing the real estate plans of high growth, multi-unit national tenants. She has worked for local municipalities, Fortune 50 companies such as Pepsi and McDonald’s as well as retailers and service providers such as FedEx-Kinko’s and Pep Boys, and shopping center developers.
Elizabeth is adept at all aspects of the retail real estate process, including tenant strategic planning, market analysis, competitive analysis, site selection, LOI's, lease/contract negotiations and working with tenant build-out issues.
Additionally, she has a depth and breadth of experience in municipal planning including site plan approvals, municipal entitlements, Development and TIF agreements, and working with neighborhood groups, planning commissions and city councils to secure development approvals.
Elizabeth holds a master’s degree in urban and regional planning; master’s level business credits in finance, organizational behavior and marketing; and is a U.S. Green Building Council LEED-accredited professional.
